Perhaps this is to have an extra day so that the CO can meet with the elders and ministerial servants on separate days. Currently many COs meet with the elders and ms on the same night. Maybe the CO meetings with elders will get longer and so they need to devote a whole night for meeting with just the elders alone and to ensure that such a night is available they have to cut one of the regular cong. meeting nights. Perhaps.

Another factor could be the difficulty of getting free nights for an additional meeting night when a hall is being shared by 3 or more congregations.

By George you've got it! Now you're starting to understand the word spirit. It's an all purpose word to refer to things people know/believe exist but can't see and haven't the faintest clue what it is.

The bible doesn't say what spirit persons are made of. It just says that they exist and you have to just accept that if you want to be a bible-believer. In short there is no answer to your question. No one can honestly claim to know what you're asking.

Some of these spurious correlations may actually be related in some very indirect way. Take for example the graph showing Internet Explorer market share with the US murder rate. If it could be figured out why the IE market share droped in the specific pattern that it did then that could perhaps give insight that a similar-behaving kind of factor is also responsible for the drop in murder rate.

Viviane: If angels and demons and Satan and God are spirits and there is holy spirit and people have a spirit, what is this stuff made of. It has to be something. What is that something.

There is no one something that all things designated spirit are made of. The only commonality that things designated by the word spirit all share is invisibility to the human eye. A spirit person is totally different from the spirit (breath) of life that people have. What you don't seem to understand is that the word spirit does not designate a consistent, uniform material.

It's like you're asking:

" If the aurora borealis and ball lightning and sprites are are phenomena, what is phenomena made of. It has to be something. What is that something."

Viviane, there is no one answer for what spirit is. The word translated spirit is used for different things. It's like the English word phenomenon. Asking a question like: "What exactly is phenomenon? What is it made of?" makes no sense because there are many different types of phenomena which are quite different from each other. So it is with the word spirit. The same word is used to refer to a person's thoughts, a person's attitude/mood, power from God, an invisible being from the heavenly realm, wind, breath or the action of breathing which is characteristic of being alive. These are all very different things which have one thing in common - invisibility.

Instead of thinking of the word spirit as being a specific ontological nature it may be more useful to your understanding to see it as an abstract language term used to describe something invisible. There is no one kind of nature for everything invisible and not all invisible things are invisible for the same reason or in the same way.

To illustrate my point, there is a bible verse in Genesis that speaks about the soil having "power". This doesn't mean there is a singlar growth-force residing in the soil. Today, we know there are many nutrients and bacteria that play a role in nourishing plants so that they grow. But ancient people didn't know the details and abstracted them away with singular, everyday terms like "power". Likewise they didn't know details of biology and life sustenance so abstracted it away in the language with the singular term "spirit".
